Officer Christopher Paz
Officer Rolando TiradoToday Laren and I attended a car wash that was held in honor of our recently Fallen Officer Tirado and injured Officer Paz. The car wash was put on by the NJHS (National Junior Honor Society). It was a hot day and the kids worked hard and were able to raise $360 for both families in an effort to help them during this difficult time.
The town has really pulled together participating in several fundraisers including a bbq held at Youngker High School last year, raising over $17,000! It has been a hard hit to lose one and almost lose another of our wonderfully dedicated officers.
